Community guidelines

Read the standards that keep The Knights Templar a respectful, family-friendly, fair, and welcoming gaming community.

Respect & Fellowship

Show kindness and courtesy to all members. Harassment, bullying, and personal attacks are not permitted. Friendly banter is welcome, but be mindful of how your words affect others.

Appropriate Language & Content

Keep text and voice suitable for all ages. No profanity or explicit content. Avoid topics or material that could reasonably offend or disturb other members.

Christian Focus, Open to Others

We value charity, honesty, and compassion. Non-Christians are welcome and must respect our faith-centered foundation. Religious discussion must remain civil; never attack or belittle another person’s beliefs.

Roleplay is Optional

Templar-themed personas, titles, attire, and medieval style are welcome but never required. In games that support it, wearing equipment that identifies you as a TKT member is strongly encouraged.

Naming Conventions

Use any respectful username that does not violate these guidelines.

Conflict Resolution

Settle disputes calmly and privately whenever possible. Ask game or community leadership for help when needed. Retaliation, stealing, and slander are forbidden; we aspire to forgiveness and peace.

No Cheating or Exploits

Cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, and dishonest play are prohibited across all games. Report major exploits to leadership so we can act responsibly.

Voice Chat Etiquette

Be considerate. Avoid shouting, spamming, or playing music without consent. Keep language clean and allow everyone room to speak.

Resource Contributions

Voluntary sharing is appreciated but never mandatory. Do not hoard or misrepresent clan resources. Asking for help is encouraged, and we practice generosity.

Inactivity

If you expect to be away, let us know so we do not worry. Sustained leadership inactivity without notice may result in loss of status, though returning members are always welcome.

Enforcement & Consequences

Warnings, mutes, or bans may apply when rules are broken. Leadership handles each issue fairly and firmly. Serious or repeated violations can lead to immediate removal.

Solicitation

Do not advertise other groups or post Discord invites without leadership approval. Directly messaging members to recruit them into other communities is also prohibited.
